SHIPPING POLICY
We work to dispatch COSTAN orders carefully and keep customers informed from confirmation through delivery.
COVERAGE
We currently focus on shipping across India. Any international-shipping availability will be shown on the website when active.
DISPATCH & DELIVERY
Most domestic orders are prepared and dispatched within approximately 2–5 business days. Delivery after dispatch commonly takes around 7–10 working days depending on destination, courier network and local conditions.
Handcrafted or limited products may require additional preparation time where clearly stated.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Prepaid domestic orders may qualify for free shipping when the offer is active. COD or special-service orders may include an additional charge shown at checkout.
TRACKING
When tracking is available, details may be shared by email, SMS or WhatsApp after dispatch.
DELAYS
Courier congestion, weather, public holidays, strikes, remote-area service limits or other events outside our control can affect delivery estimates. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you updated when a material delay is known.
DAMAGED PACKAGE
If the outer package or product arrives visibly damaged, photograph the package and product as soon as possible and contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable contact number. Additional delivery attempts or address corrections may affect delivery time.
