Our long-term direction is simple: make footwear worth wearing for longer, and create better options for what happens after its first life.
BUILT FOR LONGEVITY
COSTAN products are designed around considered material choices, repair-minded thinking and everyday repeat wear. Extending product life is one of the most practical ways to reduce unnecessary replacement.
ONE-YEAR MANUFACTURING WARRANTY
Eligible footwear includes coverage against genuine manufacturing defects for up to one year from purchase, subject to assessment.
Examples can include qualifying stitching or sole-construction failures.
Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, poor storage, unauthorised repair, incorrect cleaning and damage unrelated to manufacturing are not covered.
CIRCULAR DIRECTION
Where our circular take-back program is available, customers may be invited to return well-worn COSTAN footwear so it can be assessed for responsible recycling, material recovery or another appropriate end-of-life route.
Any active incentive, discount or take-back benefit will be communicated at the time the program is offered and may change over time.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
• Contact customer support with your original order information.
• Follow the return or collection instructions provided by the team.
• Returned footwear will be assessed for the appropriate circular pathway.
• Any current program benefit will be issued according to the terms active at that time.
